The Animals Cannot Protest. This Fight Is Up To Us: Protecting those who have no voice
Emergency update on my original article for the Nashville Zoo Data Center proposal
A Nashville reporter has uncovered an alarming discovery in the plans for the proposed Data Center that will sit immediately adjacent to the Nashville Zoo property. The original proposal included a one-story, 69,000sq ft facility. While inspecting these plans, the reporter saw plans for an additional building (Building B) included in the drawings. Building B will be a 3-story, 202,000sq ft facility sitting beside the original. Below is a link to the report and to my original article.
Please reshare this as widely as possible. The link to the petition is in my original article. So far, the petition has gathered over 360,000 signatures since my original post. We need many, many more to force Metro Nashville to stop this project from moving forward.
The animals cannot protest. This fight is up to us.
Please help us to stop the destruction of their homes. I understand that some zoos have a bad reputation, but this one does not fall into that category.

Have you inquired as to the exact MW phase, annual and peak day water use, backup generator specs and filtration exhaust, storm water plan, substation plan, noise and light modeling, expansion limits and who pay for grid upgrade. Will they skate so paying taxes? Be happy to discuss further.
